My experience with Cathy when it came to selling my home was one of absolute trust and reassurance throughout the entire process. She was up front from the beginning after doing what she does to make me aware of where the market was and what the best price would be. After a typical interaction with a realtor, one senses that a shower is not enough to remove the slime of having been grossly snookered and used as a personal ATM until at last your money is dried up. (let’s be honest here folks, backstreet used car salesman have a better reputation, at least in my opinion). So, I cannot believe that I am now here writing a review for a realtor, but obviously, not just any realtor! My first ever conversation with Cathy Libecci was straightforward, honest and holy cow, I was instantly and pleasantly hooked as her lifelong client. This is absolutely the truth. It was entirely refreshing to realize that Cathy was my strong advocate both in the sale and purchase process. She did not permit me to compromise the details of my expressed dream home, not on any level! She was phenomenal at bringing me out of that discouraging slump that a new home buyer can often get in to when the search becomes dry. Cathy is NOT one to race the process for profit. She is genuinely interested and personally involved with her clients situation and therefore, makes the process easy and amazingly enjoyable. Cathy is the ultimate antithesis to the typical realtor. I must impress upon you, the readers of this review, that no shower is required after dealing with Cathy Libecci. I sincerely pray that Cathy will never retire within my lifetime, as I don’t believe there is anyone else as detailed, honest, strong, helpful or friendly as her. Therefore, put your shower soap down, call Cathy Libecci and have her represent you in your home sale/purchase process, and you too will be blessed and impressed!
